High on the mountain a lightning bolt, that tears the sky and melts the clouds, rushes to earth with sudden force, burns an oak tree somewhere there.
Today this foaming, restless sea, hurls its rough waves at the rock, roaring loud and full of rage,it breaks it down bit by bit.
Once they used to stay embraced, night and day the rock beneath the wave,at all times so deep in love, now they fight, yet yearn again.
And over the oak the lightning weeps, the tallest one, reaching the sun:“Ah, I killed you, come, oh come,if you’re not here, I’ll quit the sky!”.
..... .....Do you see what love can do?It starts to kill you bit by bit.You just laugh at what I say, embrace me and kiss me again.
