Ever since I became self-aware I have been searching for you, Freedom,I want to make enlightenment my own,Reality, so sweet and bitter for me,The ideal demands my birth name!

Failure, a bell of shrieks...!Today or tomorrow, I will hold freedom in my hands!Perhaps I ask too much of this sacred word,That I was born with, alongside the lullabies in the cradle!

Oh, how many nights I spent without sleep,At times I woke up sleepwalking,Both asleep and awake I searched for Freedom,Fearing neither man nor God!

I want to awaken the silence of the mind,I will sing a ballad with the voice of my soul,And even dead, I will hang the word Freedom around my neck like a relic!

I may be wasting away, but I deserve Freedom!Do not take it from me, give it to me to taste!
